Packaging and insurance
Each engine sits on a heat-treated ISPM-15 wooden pallet, strapped, edge-protected and shrink-wrapped. Full transit insurance is included in the quoted price. The driver records the condition at delivery; you sign for the pallet on receipt.
Tracking
A tracking number is sent by email and SMS the day of dispatch. Shipment status is also visible from your client portal once the order is confirmed.

A note on customs (UK and non-EU)
For deliveries outside the EU customs union (UK, Switzerland, Norway, the Balkans), import VAT and customs duties are not included in the quote and are payable to the carrier on arrival. We provide all documentation needed for clearance.
