One request, two steps

Step one is always registration plate or VIN plus delivery country. Step two is your contact details. If you are ordering as a business, pick Company / garage (VAT invoice) and enter company name, registration where relevant, and EU VAT — the form expands automatically. Submit once; we reply within two business hours with a priced, documented offer.

What you receive back

Every quote references the donor data, the four-test summary, and the all-in price including pallet and insured EU transport. If you need a pro forma before you commit, ask in the message field — we send PDFs the same day during business hours.

03

Invoices your bookkeeper expects

On dispatch you receive a VAT-compliant invoice with our EU registration, line items for the engine, tests, packaging, and freight, and the serial that matches the warranty certificate. Intra-community supplies are handled with the usual reverse-charge wording where the law requires it.

After the sale

Warranty and after-sales use the same contact you already have — we do not hand you off to a separate sales desk. If something is unclear on the workshop floor, we join the call with your fitter and walk through the test file.
