1. Scope — These Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV) govern any purchase of an engine or related service from Back Auto Moteurs (trading name of BACK AUTO SAS). The Seller is BACK AUTO SAS; the Buyer is the customer identified in the order.

3. Pricing — Prices in EUR include all tests, packaging and EU delivery, exclusive of VAT for VAT-registered business buyers and inclusive for private consumers, where applicable.

4. Payment — SEPA bank transfer and secure card payment via Stripe. Payment terms for each order are as stated in the written quote or order confirmation.

5. Delivery — Delivery times stated on the Delivery page are indicative working-day estimates. Liability for delays beyond the Seller's control is excluded (force majeure).

6. Warranty — Ten months on internal mechanical defects, subject to professional fitting. See the Warranty page for full terms. This is a commercial warranty in addition to, and without prejudice to, the Buyer's statutory rights including the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for consumers, and remedies for latent defects (Article 1641 of the French Civil Code) where applicable. 7. Right of withdrawal — Private consumers have fourteen days from delivery to withdraw under Articles L221-18 to L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, on condition the engine is unused, undismantled and complete. Return cost is borne by the Buyer. Trade buyers (Professionnels) may have different cancellation rights as set out in the order confirmation.
