Data we collect

Identification (name, email, phone), vehicle data (registration, VIN, engine code), commercial data (orders, invoices, support history), technical logs (IP address, browser, page interactions), and cookies (essential and analytics, where consent applies).

Why we collect

To answer quote requests, deliver engines, manage warranty and after-sales, comply with tax and accounting law, and improve the service. Legal bases (GDPR Art. 6): performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interest, and consent where required.

Retention

Quote and order data: up to ten years where required for statutory accounting. Marketing data: until you withdraw consent. Cookies: as described in the cookie policy (cookie page to be completed by counsel — Phase 23).

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction of processing, and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is consent-based. You may lodge a complaint with CNIL. Submit requests to the data controller email addresses above.

Sharing

We share data with delivery carriers, payment processors, and partner test laboratories only as necessary to deliver the service (processors under GDPR Art. 28). We do not sell personal data.

Transfers outside the EU

Where a processor is located outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) as required by GDPR Chapter V.
